Visitors with a Museumkaart, Ooievaarspas, Rotterdampas and ICOM card also need to have an online ticket. Make sure to bring your discount card to the museum!

Refund of tickets bought is not possible, you can however reschedule your visit. Do you have a free ticket and you don't want to come? Please let us know, so we can make someone else happy with your spot!
